WooCommerce imports that hold together
Import products, variations and categories from a CSV or Google Sheet. With WPML, bring every translation in with them; without it, use the same importer for a single-language catalog.
Your columns, recognised on upload
Common fields such as SKU, name, price, description and categories are mapped automatically. Adjust anything you need before the first import, whether you use WPML or not.
Map Your Fields
Connect your source columns to WordPress fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
Matrix Mode (EN, FR, NL, PL)| Source Column | WordPress Field | Sample Value | |
|---|---|---|---|
| source_id | → | ID [Source Key] | 20607 |
| trid | → | Translation ID (TRID) | 20607 |
| name|pl | → | Name | Narzędzia ręczne |
| name|fr | → | Name [FR] | Outils à main |
| name|en | → | Name [EN] | Hand tools |
| name|nl | → | Name [NL] | Handgereedschap |
With Matrix Mode, a language suffix such as name|pl, name|fr or name|nl is recognised as part of the field mapping and routed to the right translation. You can override any row before importing; the mapping is saved for the next run.

“Not compared” means no verified comparison is shown for that feature.
Our B2B catalog has 8,500 products and over 1,000 categories in four languages. The biggest pain was always category hierarchy — keeping parent-child relationships aligned across languages was a constant struggle. The entire category tree, linked across all languages, under ten minutes. What used to take days just works now.
