1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Shirely plugin (“the Plugin”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
2. License
Shirely is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Your paid plan provides access to license activation, updates, downloads, license management, and support for the number of WordPress sites covered by your plan.
- Personal covers 1 site.
- Business covers 5 sites.
- Agency covers unlimited sites.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use the Plugin for personal or commercial projects on licensed sites and modify the Plugin code under the GPL.
You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your license key, Freemius account access, support access, or update access to third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted by the GPL for the Plugin code itself.
4. Updates and Support
Each purchase includes 12 months of updates, downloads, license management, and support. Your installed Plugin does not stop working only because renewal is canceled. Unless canceled, renewal extends updates and support for another year at 30% off the first-year price. You can cancel renewal from your Freemius customer account.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed by Freemius and Stripe. Each plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Shirely is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests after the 14-day window are handled according to applicable law and the payment processor’s terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party plugin or hosting environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent purchase or renewal.
8. Mandatory Rights
These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
